The meeting point for the tour/experience cannot be changed. However, you can end the tour at the venue of the tour/experience itself. However, the costs/charges will remain the same regardless of such change. No for the meeting point, but it is possible for you to end a tour on a venue of a tour. In that case, let us know in advance.
For most tour/experiences it is usually 3 days before a tour / experience. However please check each tour/experience details.
Credit card or Bank Transfer is acceptable. Please make sure that any payment received by us is the right currency and net of any deductions or charges. We will not be able to complete any booking in case the net amount received by us is less than price of the tour/experience.

No, there are no other fees or charges than indicated while booking the tour/experience. However we would request you to kindly read the details carefully to ensure that there is no misunderstanding on the details of the experience itself and what is included in/excluded from the experience (e,g. pickup or drop off charges, travel charges etc.)

Yes, Some tours/experiences may be cancelled due to bad weather and we will contact you prior to any cancellation, to the extent it is feasible to do so.
Either your tour guide or a tour coordinator will be waiting at the tour meeting point 10 minutes before the start time of your tour. They will either be holding up a sign with your name or a TABITTO flag.
